Said frame will have a means to pivot from a position parallel to the bottom of the truck bed to a position perpendicular to the bottom of said truck bed. A collapsible section is attached to the frame allowing for storage when the frame is in the parallel position. The frame shall contain said collapsible section when the frame is in the perpendicular position.
