    Abstract: Disclosed example drawers for a contact cleaning system with a latching mechanism are disclosed. Example drawers comprise at least one drawer slide, a latch mounted on the drawer, and an actuator operable to move the latch between a latching position and a disengaged position. Also provided is an adhesive roll mounting apparatus comprising a housing and a drawer receivable in the housing and being moveable into and out of the housing, the drawer comprising a roll mounting system configured to receive and retain an adhesive roll and a latch mounted on the drawer and moveable between a latching position in which the latch fouls against a stopper element of the housing preventing the drawer being received into the housing and a disengaged position in which the latch is held in a stowed position such that the drawer is received into the housing.
