  • Publication number: 20220243481
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system of providing a façade wall for a building. In particular, the disclosure presents a series of frames and frameworks which are adapted to integrate with a number of different designs of masonry slips. These masonry slips are parts of bricks, or other building items and the like, which by means of appropriately placed slots can integrate and be held by lips and extensions on the frames. Corner units, soffit panelling and free standing archways are also possible by appropriate combination of the concepts described herein.

  • Patent number: 9542596
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus to facilitate the production and presentation of strokes gained golf statistics. Some systems include mobile devices for the collection of essential shot data necessary for producing strokes gained statistics during play. The device travels with a golfer, measures and records distance-to-hole automatically using GPS and/or laser and/or radio technology, in combination with one of various lie-type classifications (tee, fairway, rough, sand, green, recovery, penalty, hazards, etc.) before and after a golf shot as selected by the golfer using human judgement. The device transfers essential shot data to a remote database and receives and displays calculated strokes gained results.

  • Publication number: 20150182836
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for facilitating the production and presentation of strokes gained golf statistics are described. Some systems include the use of mobile devices for the collection of data during play. The device travels with a golfer and has the means to measure distance-to-hole automatically using GPS and/or laser technology. The device has the means to record shot data before and after a golf shot. The shot data includes the distance-to-hole and lie type of a ball at rest. Lie type is determined by human judgment. The device has the means to transfer data to a database. Some systems may include a database to compile data from mobile devices. The database is arranged to allow for strokes gained analysis of the data, which may be used to generate strokes gained statistics, presented on a computer output system. Related methods also are described.
