Publication number: 20250223063Abstract: A box tab and panel folding and closing apparatus is provided having a tab and panel guide member and a tab hold down member. The tab and panel guide member has a first tab progressively curved guide surface, a panel progressively curved guide surface provided at least in part downstream of the tab progressively curved guide surface, and a second tab progressively curved guide surface downstream of the first tab progressively curved guide surface. The tab hold down member and the tab progressively curved guide surface provide a tab guide slot configured to progressively urge the box tab to fold relative to a contiguous box panel. The panel progressively curved guide surface urges the box panel angularly into a closing position while tucking the contiguous tab in an open end of the box by engaging the tab against the second tab progressively curved guide surface. A method is also provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 9, 2024Publication date: July 10, 2025Applicant: MGM Manufacturing LLCInventor: Matthew Garrett Mahnke

Publication number: 20240346024Abstract: A generic query having a dynamic query parameter may be executed for a specified process. One or more expected parameters for the query are determined based on the dynamic query parameter and the process, where the one or more expected parameters are tagged to the dynamic query parameter for the process. One or more measured parameters are accessed based on the one or more expected parameters from one or more databases accessible over a network. The one or more measured parameters are returned responsive to the query.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 26, 2024Publication date: October 17, 2024Inventors: Joseph David Ruth, David James Brick, Matthew Garrett Michnal

Publication number: 20230357851Abstract: The present disclosure is based, at least in part, on providing a set of markers, also referred to herein as FXN-sensitive genomic markers (or FSGMs), the respective expression levels of which are positively or negatively correlated to frataxin (FXN) levels in a cell. Therefore, these FSGMs can be used to determine, evaluate, and/or monitor the effectiveness of FXN replacement therapy in a subject.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 6, 2023Publication date: November 9, 2023Inventors: Joan David BETTOUN, Matthew Garrett BAILE, Ruihua CHEN

Patent number: 11284658Abstract: An article of apparel, which may be a pair of water shorts, may include a stretch woven textile. More particularly, a pelvic region and a pair of leg regions may include the stretch woven textile element. A waistband region may also include the stretch woven textile elements, or may be formed from a variety of other material elements. In order to limit stretch in the waistband region, a variety of waistband elements may be utilized. For example, the waistband elements may be (a) a layered structure with a textile layer and a polymer layer, (b) a layered structure joined with stitching, (c) a layered structure joined with bonds, or (d) a layered structure formed from a folded material element. In order to limit stretch in the waistband region, a tensile component may be utilized.Type: GrantFiled: March 30, 2016Date of Patent: March 29, 2022Assignee: NIKE, Inc.Inventors: Bruce Yin Moore, Ryan Michael Hurley, Carson William Wach, Renata Hintze Marchand, Matthew Garrett Baker
