Abstract: A floating habitat arranged to be anchored at a permanent location on a body of water such as an ocean. The habitat has a pyramid like upper section that is supported on a lower pyramid like section. Columns extended between the lower and upper sections supports the upper section above the wave line. The lower section is anchored to the ocean floor. A ballast chamber and additional ballast weights are provided for stabilization control. Docks are provided along the sides of the upper section to accommodate water craft.
