Abstract: A convertible carrying case has a carrying strap, a first end of the strap is attached to the case housing near the top panel and the second end of the strap is slidably attached to an L-shaped guide member, the L-shaped guide member positioned at the periphery of the rear panel of the carrying case and adjacent the bottom panel and one side panel of the carrying case. The second end of the strap freely moves along the L-shaped guide member as the user manipulates the case between a rear carrying configuration, where the case is worn on the user's back, and a productivity configuration, where the case is supported against the abdomen of the user and the rear panel of the case is oriented upwardly, providing access through a flap on the rear panel to a laptop computer or other electronic device.

Abstract: Ion exchangeable glasses containing SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O, MgO, B2O3, and P2O5 are provided. The compressive stresses of these ion exchanged glasses are greater than 900 megapascals (MPa) at a depth of 45 or 50 microns (?m) with some glasses exhibiting a compressive stress of at least 1 gigaPascals (GPa). The ion exchange rates of these glasses are much faster than those of other alkali aluminosilicate glasses and the ion exchanged glass is resistant damage to impact damage. A method of ion exchanging the glass is also provided.

Abstract: A transistor device may include a semiconductor structure including a channel layer and a barrier layer on the channel layer, wherein the barrier layer has a higher bandgap than the channel layer; a source contact and a drain contact on the barrier layer; a gate contact on the semiconductor structure between the source contact and the drain contact, the gate contact including a drain-side wing portion extending from a central portion of the gate contact; and a field plate on the semiconductor structure between the gate contact and the drain contact and laterally offset from the gate contact by a distance. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for automatically providing a suggestion to delay sending a message that is being composed by a user to send to a chat participant using a chat feature of an application. The suggestion is sent in response to determining that one or more trigger conditions occurred. The suggestion includes a scheduled time to send the message. The methods and systems send the delayed message at the scheduled time.

Abstract: A storage system includes: a first storage plane configured to store multiple bits per cell; a second storage plane configured to store multiple bits per cell; a control processor, coupled to the first storage plane and the second storage plane, configured to: read user data including reading a first page type in the first storage plane and a second page type in the second storage plane, and detect an uncorrectable error in the user data; an error recovery (ER) circuitry, coupled to the control processor configured to correct the uncorrectable error in the user data by applying an XOR parity page to the user data; and a system interface, coupled to the ER circuitry, configured to transfer the user data after the uncorrectable error is corrected.
