Abstract: A lighting assembly comprising a housing including a front surface and a back surface, a plurality of light emitting elements on a printed circuit board (PCB) within said housing, and a reflector proximate the light emitting elements. The reflector comprises a plurality of reflective cups, wherein each reflective cup is configured to receive a respective light emitting element. The reflector is adapted to reflect light emitted from the plurality of light emitting elements in accordance with a desired light distribution pattern.

Abstract: An attachment device comprising a bolt, a toggle adapted to receive the bolt and a nut, wherein the nut is received by the toggle and adapted to exert a force on the toggle in order to mount an external device to a pole or similar structure. The toggle is configured such that gravitational force properly aligns the toggle during installation. The bolt, toggle and nut are arranged to form a structural connection that supports the load of the mounted device as well as external and/or environmental forces which may be exerted upon the structural connection.
