Abstract: A sanitary wipe dispenser having a cylindrical housing operatively arranged to store a plurality of sanitary wipes, the housing having an open top and a closed bottom, a resilient cover/dispensing member, the cover/dispensing member having a cylindrical portion arranged to removably surround the open top of the cylindrical housing, an annular portion connected to the cylindrical portion, the cylindrical portion extending below the annular portion, at least one opening, and a resilient sealing member connected to the resilient cover/dispensing member at a center point, the resilient sealing member further including a rim arranged concentrically about the center point, the resilient sealing member extending above the annular portion.

Abstract: A multi-piece air filter housing, air filter assembly, and method for assembling an air filter for use with a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems or stand alone air circulation devices. In one example at least a first sidewall section and a second sidewall section include sidewall connectors allowing the first and second sidewall sections to be connected defining an interior cavity for receipt and support of air filter media. In one example, the air filter housing includes four modular sidewall sections that are connected together to form the air filter housing. A housing connector is used to secure the air filter housing and filter media circumferentially around a forced air passage opening to direct airflow through the air filter housing and filter media. In one example, the air filter assembly is useful for suspending ceiling HVAC vents.

Abstract: An expandable clothes rack, including a first vertical longitudinal wood member, having a plurality of spaced apertures; a plurality of parallel wood dowels, each dowel fixedly secured within one of the spaced apertures within the first vertical longitudinal wood member, such that the dowel extends outwardly on either side of the first vertical longitudinal wood member; and, a second vertical longitudinal wood member including a plurality of parallel spaced metal tubes fixedly secured to and extending outwardly from the second vertical longitudinal wood member, and operatively arranged to telescopingly engage the plurality of parallel wood dowels to form a ladder-like structure.

Abstract: A hanging organizer comprising a body having a front surface and a back surface, where the front surface comprises a plurality of pockets and the back surface comprises a plurality loops, a hook, and a rod, where the hook is secured to the rod, and the body is secured to the rod such that the body is operatively arranged to be suspended from the rod. Each of the plurality of loops has a first end and a second end, where the first end is fixedly secured to the back surface and the second end is removably secured to the first end.

Abstract: The present invention is a multiframe and multiplanar picture holder that includes an outer frame that encloses a plurality of display frames such that each of said plurality of display frames is in contact with at least one other of said plurality of picture holders. Attachment segments within and/or around the outer frame have slots or other structures to receive extension frames each of which extend from the attachment segments. Both the display frames and the extension frames may be used to hold photos or similar display items.
