    Abstract: A remote switching system for an electric trolling motor mounted to a boat includes at least one remote switching station secured to the boat and provided with a foot operated push-button switch actuator, the actuator configured for actuating the switch either momentarily or continuously by movement of the actuator by the operator's foot. A power circuit is designed to connect the remote switching station to the motor in a way which will conserve power and prevent corrosion.
