  • Patent number: 12045068
Abstract: An autonomous inspection solution includes: a UAV having a navigation component and a first inspection sensor suite. The navigation component is configured to: autonomously deploy the UAV from a support vehicle; fly a first route at an inspection site, based at least upon a sensor type of the first inspection sensor suite; and autonomously return to the support vehicle upon completion of assigned inspections. In some examples, the first inspection sensor suite includes an optical camera, a thermal imaging sensor, an RF sensor, or an inventory management sensor, and a second inspection sensor suite has at least one different sensor than the first inspection sensor suite. The navigation component is further configured navigate the UAV to fly a second route, based at least upon a sensor type of the second inspection sensor suite. A data component stores or wirelessly transmits data received from the affixed inspection sensor suites.

  • Publication number: 20240195856
Abstract: The method for storing streaming media includes receiving, from a user device, a request to navigate to a requested time of a media stream. The method also includes determining whether a block of media segments that have a time interval that overlaps with the requested time is stored at the server. The method also includes retrieving the block of media segments from long-term memory in accordance with a determination that the block of media segments is not stored at the server. The method also includes traversing the block of media segments that have a time interval that overlaps with the requested time of the media stream to seek and identify a media segment corresponding to the requested time of the media stream. The method also includes streaming a media stream to the user device that begins at the media segment corresponding to the requested time of the media stream.

  • Publication number: 20240177034
Abstract: In various examples, systems and methods for simulation of quantum computing circuits using Kronecker factorization are provided. A partitioned quantum computing circuit may be generated by partitioning the quantum computing circuit using at least one partition boundary with respect to its state vector, to subdivide the quantum computing circuit into a plurality of circuit partitions. Circuit instances may be generated for the circuit partitions, where at least one circuit partition comprises a circuit instance that includes at least one operator derived from a Kronecker factorization that corresponds to a quantum operator that operates using qudits from more than one of the circuit partitions. A representation of at least a component of a state of the state vector for the quantum computing circuit may be generated based at least on simulating the at least one circuit instance for the circuit partitions.

  • Publication number: 20240119366
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for online training of machine learning models predicting time-series data. In one aspect, a method comprises training a machine learning model having a plurality of weights by maintaining weight data, specifying a plurality of sub-weights for each of the plurality of weights and covariance data that estimates the joint uncertainty between the sub-weights, and, at each of a plurality of time steps, receiving model inputs, processing the model inputs using the weight data to generate corresponding model outputs, receiving corresponding ground truth outputs, and updating the weight data using the corresponding ground truth outputs.

  • Publication number: 20240111285
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for using and dispatching an autonomous delivery. A wireless communications network may receive a request to delivery one or more items to a site and also determine that the autonomous delivery vehicle is the closest in location to the site from a plurality of autonomous vehicles. Additionally, the wireless communications network may determine that the autonomous delivery vehicle has stored thereon, the one or more requested items. The autonomous delivery vehicle may then receive by way of a wireless communication network, the request to delivery one or more items to an infrastructure site. The autonomous delivery vehicle then uses the location of the site to autonomously deliver the one or more items.

  • Publication number: 20240095672
Abstract: An analysis of the scans is performed to determine whether the selected item was moved from the back room to the shelf, then returned from the shelf to the back room. The analysis also determines a re-bin time when the selected product was returned to the back room. An adjustment to the PI is blocked when last PI adjustment time is later than the re-bin time. An adjustment to the PI is also blocked when an audit indicator is received at the interface indicating that the retail store is under an audit. An adjusted PI value is determined when the analysis indicates that the selected item was moved from the back room to the shelf, then returned from the shelf, the adjusted PI value being at least one more than the shelf capacity value.

  • Publication number: 20240094045
Abstract: Methods and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure may use a plurality of force sensing devices that allow a computer of an autonomous vehicle (AV) to identify locations within the AV where particular objects reside. These force sensing devices may allow the AV computer to identify how much a particular object weights and identify whether an object has moved based on a location where a particular amount of weight currently resides versus a location where that weight previously resided in the AV. Weight information combined with other sensor data (e.g. camera or LIDAR data) may allow the AV computer to identify whether a particular object is a person or a package. The AV computer may also validate that certain driving rules are enforced, such that persons or packages are being moved safely and correctly in the AV.

  • Patent number: 11931265
Abstract: An expandable intervertebral implant having an upper body portion, a lower body portion opposite the upper body portion. a wedge member connecting the upper body portion to the lower body portion, a nose member having a tapered distal end and a proximal end opposite the distal end, and an actuator disposed between the nose member and the wedge member, for translation of the wedge member along a longitudinal axis of the implant. A pin disposed in a center of the nose member connects to the actuator for centering the nose member with the actuator. Translation of the wedge member along the longitudinal axis of the implant displaces the upper body portion and the lower body portion away from each other, thereby expanding the intervertebral implant.

  • Publication number: 20240046205
Abstract: An electronic indication of a nil pick is received. Item information associated with the desired product, sales data concerning the desired product, supply chain information associated with the desired product, and a perpetual inventory (PI) value of the desired product are stored. An adjustment to the PI of the desired product is blocked when a predetermined event occurs at the retail store, or when information that contradicts the validity of the nil pick is received from the retail store. When the adjustment to the PI of the desired product is not blocked, an amount of the adjustment is determined based upon one or more of: the item information associated with the product, the sales data concerning the product, and the supply chain information associated with the desired product.

  • Publication number: 20240013148
Abstract: A perpetual inventory (PI) value associated with the selected product and a last PI adjustment time that indicates when the retail store last adjusted the PI value are received. The PI value of the selected product is compared to the back room quantity value of the selected product, and a time when the back room quantity value becomes greater than the PI value for the selected product is determined. An adjustment to the PI of the selected product is blocked when the PI adjustment time is after the time.
