The apparatus comprises an air permeable cover disposed over a top opening of the case, the air permeable cover for enabling the hot air in the case to egress therethrough and a cap secured over the air permeable cover for preventing dust and liquids from entering the case therethrough while allowing the passage of hot air therethrough by virtue of the stack effect.
