  • Publication number: 20260004923
Abstract: A system and method for managing the generation of corrective action plans is described in which a listing of required corrective actions—including a recital of the factual basis underlying each requirement—is provided, a large language model identifies the recital, and a corrective action plan is formed based upon the recital. A computer interface permits uploading the listing and generating, editing, saving, and exporting the corrective action plan. The invention provides technical improvements by converting unstructured regulatory text into a schema-normalized structured representation with indexed retrieval and deterministic assembly, reducing I/O operations and recomputation and thereby improving computer system efficiency.
