The collector assembly incorporates a dual-thread collector base including an integrally-formed cartridge coupler and neck. The cartridge coupler has an internal screw thread designed for mating with a complementary external screw thread of a fragrance cartridge. The neck has an external screw thread which matches the internal screw thread of the cartridge coupler. An atomizing device including a flow nozzle is attached to the collector base and defines an internal air passage to an atomization chamber.
