  • Patent number: 11939155
Abstract: A refuse container tipping device includes a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, a hinge plate, and a plurality of fasteners. The first mounting plate defines a plurality of first slots. The plurality of first slots each extend in a first direction along substantially parallel axes. The second mounting plate is releasably coupled to the first mounting plate and defines a plurality of second slots. The plurality of second slots each extend in a second direction along substantially parallel axes. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The hinge plate is coupled to the second mounting plate. The hinge plate supports a hinge and a grapple arm that is rotatably coupled to the hinge. The plurality of fasteners couple the second mounting plate to the first mounting plate by extending through the plurality of first slots and the plurality of second slots.

  • Patent number: 6689943
Abstract: A guitar is constructed to have a hollow body and to have a top member that has a pickup mounting portion integrally formed therein. A slot is cut into the pickup support area, and a pickup is received in the slot. Guitar strings are mounted on the guitar and stretched across the pickup which functions as a bridge to define the lower endpoint of the free length of the guitar strings.

  • Patent number: 5235891
Abstract: An improved solid body guitar structure wherein the solid body is formed of a combination of balsa wood with sufficient hard wood allied therewith to provide structural rigidity to the instrument. The balsa/hard wood body block is then skinned with selected veneer material on one or more surfaces thereby to render an extremely strong and rigid solid body that is much lessened in weight. Hard wood portions of the body block are relied upon for interconnection to the neck/peghead guitar structures. Further weight relief and acoustical adjustment may be effected by removal of small portions of the hard wood at selected non-stress, low resonance points.
