  • Publication number: 20230264970
Abstract: Compositions comprise a perovskite and a non-perovskite. Perovskites comprise AxA?yA?(1?x?y)BX3, and non-perovskites may comprise A?, B and X, where A is a first cation, A? is a second cation, A? is a third cation, B is a fourth cation, X is an anion. In some instances, A, A?, and A? are each independently (NH2)2CH+, CH3NH3+, Cs+, Rb+, or (NH2)2(C?NH2)+, with the proviso that A, A?, and A? are each different. The perovskite may have a first crystal structure in which the anion is corner-sharing, the non-perovskite may have a second crystal structure comprising at least one of an orthorhombic structure, a hexagonal structure, or a perovskite-like structure, and 1?x?y may be greater than about 0.15.

  • Patent number: 11734547
Abstract: This specification describes a computer-implemented method for testing the performance of a video game server. The method comprises initializing a recurrent neural network. The recurrent neural network is trained based on requests sent from one or more client devices to the video game server. The initializing comprises inputting a start token into the recurrent neural network. An output distribution for a first-time step is generated, as an output of the recurrent neural network. The output distribution comprises a probability of generating each of a set of one or more requests to the video game server, in addition to a probability of generating a stop token. A first request from the set of one or more requests is selected based on the output distribution.

  • Patent number: 11715275
Abstract: Systems and methods are described to enable the creation of user interfaces that may adapt to different environments and may be automatically created. User interfaces may be two-dimensional or three-dimensional and may be used in virtual reality or augmented reality applications. An interface creator may create or receive digital assets associated with a content item, define virtual planes and associated digital asset templates, associate the digital assets with the virtual planes, and enable display of the virtual planes with associated digital assets to a user for user interaction. Digital assets may be automatically edited to meet the specifications of the templates associated with the virtual planes. Virtual planes and templates may also be standardized and aggregated so that a completed user interface may be easily delivered and presented with other content items in a uniform manner.

  • Publication number: 20220251443
Abstract: Described herein are spin polarized light emitting diodes (LEDs) and methods of making the same. Spin polarization is achieved via chiral induced spin selectivity where, for example, a stereochemically active cation is included in a perovskite to form the conductive layer of an LED device. Advantageously, the devices and methods described herein allow for spin polarization at room temperature and without application of a magnetic field or ferromagnetic contacts, in contrast to other described spin selective LEDs.
