Abstract: Systems and methods of selecting legend players in a processor based sports fantasy legend game are described. The system is a web based server that provides processors that implement all of the methods described herein. A user selects a complete fantasy legend sports team with at least one legend player that is entered by the processor. The processor determines a team score that is based on a performance of the legend player in a game played in the past. The game in the past is selected by the processor from a plurality of games based on a random number. A salary of a legend player who played in the past in accordance with a salary cap is determined. A user reviews the performance of the legend player and selects a new game played in the past or selects a new legend player. The selected players in the fantasy legend game may all be legend players. A media clip of a legend player is displayed.
