    Abstract: This disclosure describes methods for growing cells in a controlled environment in a growing room, transporting the cells to a harvest room, and removing the cells from the controlled environment in the harvest room. The disclosed method can limit exposure of cells to contaminants by maintaining a controlled environment through cell growth and additional processing. For instance, the cells may be washed and cooled within the controlled environment. The cells are transferred to a harvest room where they are harvested and removed from the controlled environment.

Surveillance information is provided to the inference engine based on surveillance of the person as the person moves about (and/or interacts with items) in the location. The surveillance uses data identifying a current area in the location that the person presently is in. Updates to the customized display are developed responsive to surveillance information being successively provided to the inference engine. The display devices are controlled to output the update.

A fenestration unit can include a frame member defining a channel with a lower end and an attachment surface thereon along with a glass subassembly including a proximal end received and seated within the channel and an outside facing surface of the exterior pane proximate the lower end of the channel. A retention member can engage the interior laminate pane, and a glazing material can be on the attachment surface at the lower end of the channel. The outside facing surface of the glass subassembly can be attached to the channel of the frame member with the glazing material. In various embodiments, methods of making a retention member are included herein. Other embodiments are also included herein.
