  • Patent number: 11893553
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media of exchanging digital assets using a public key cryptography framework. One method includes storing a plurality of digital assets on an internal ledger, and receiving a signed exchange request signed by a private key of a public and private key pair associated with a digital asset on the internal ledger, wherein the signed exchange request includes a destination address of an inter-provider ledger. The method further includes providing, to the inter-provider ledger, a public key of the public and private key pair based on interfacing with the destination address of the inter-provider ledger via a first API, and determining, from the inter-provider ledger, the signed exchange request was verified. The method further includes updating the internal ledger by removing the public and private key pair, and updating a central ledger by interfacing with a central address of the central ledger via a second API.

  • Publication number: 20230169517
Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable storage media utilized to verify data for a compliance model on a distributed ledger network. One method includes receiving, by one or more processing circuits, a compliance request associated with a compliance event. The method further includes aggregating, by the one or more processing circuits, compliance data associated with the compliance event and stored on the distributed ledger network. The method further includes analyzing, by the one or more processing circuits, the compliance data, wherein analyzing the compliance data comprises identifying a corrective action based on the compliance data and executing a first smart contract on the distributed ledger network and in response to successfully identifying the corrective action, executing, on the distributed ledger network, a second smart contract associated with the corrective action, wherein executing the second smart contract comprises updating the compliance data to include the corrective action.

  • Patent number: 11273271
Abstract: In one aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide an aerosolization device for ensuring proper delivery of an aerosolized medication to a user's respiratory system. The aerosolization device may include a conduit, an aerosol generator, a restrictor disposed within the conduit, and an indicator mechanism. The conduit may include a mouthpiece end by which a user may cause inspiratory flow through the conduit. The aerosol generator may include a vibratable mesh. The restrictor may define a plurality of apertures disposed along an outer periphery of the restrictor configured to provide an increase in pressure differential that varies with an inspiratory flow rate within the conduit and to provide a relatively laminar flow downstream of the restrictor compared to upstream of the restrictor. The indicator mechanism may indicate to a user a state of a parameter of the inspiratory flow relative to a predefined desired range.

  • Patent number: 11243041
Abstract: A gun hanger for vertically hanging a firearm is disclosed. The gun hanger allows an operator to hang the firearm in a vertical position to enable the operator to use both hands for other tasks, such as climbing over a fence or climbing a tree, thus increasing firearm safety. In one embodiment, the gun hanger comprises an L-shaped member and a flat plate member. The flat plate member has a recess sized to accept the magazine of a firearm and secure the gun hanger to the firearm with the magazine cap. The recess can be sized to accept different firearms such as 12 gauge and 20 gauge shotguns. The L-shaped member can be mounted on many surfaces such as fences, tree branches, and boat sides to keep the firearm in a vertical position. Methods for using the gun hanger are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20210178088
Abstract: Embodiments provide aerosolization device for providing aerosolized medicament to user. The aerosolization device includes conduit, aerosol generator, fluid receiving chamber, restrictor within the conduit, and indicator mechanism. Conduit has an inner wall and a mouthpiece end for causing an inspiratory flow. Aerosol generator includes a vibratable mesh laterally offset from the inner wall. Fluid receiving chamber receives liquid medicament. At least a portion of chamber is tapered such that liquid medicament is directed onto vibratable mesh for aerosolization. Restrictor defines a plurality of apertures that provide increases in pressure differential that vary with inspiratory flow rate within conduit and provide relatively laminar flow downstream of restrictor. Indicator mechanism indicates a state of flow parameters relative to a predefined range. Aerosol generator is configured to aerosolize at least a portion of liquid medicament only when flow parameters of the inspiratory flow are within range.

  • Publication number: 20150199656
Abstract: A server delivers to mobile devices status conditions of imaging devices for generating automatic service support. The server receives status conditions generated by the imaging devices, determines whether they require sending to the mobile devices, and if so, delivers a notification indicating the status conditions. Mobile devices include service applications for receiving notifications from the server. Service technicians using the mobile devices automatically respond to the notifications and provide appropriate levels of service. Other embodiments note techniques for delivering the status conditions, determining which mobile devices receive will receive the notifications, and features of the service application, to name a few.

  • Patent number: 6753907
Abstract: The present invention provides automatic correction of any distortions produced when computer projection displays are misaligned with respect to the projection surface (such as keystoning). Although sophisticated LCD projectors now offer partial solutions to this problem, they require specialized hardware and time-consuming manual adjustment. The two key concepts in the present invention are: (1) using an uncalibrated camera to observe the projected image; and (2) the image to be displayed is pre-warped so that the distortions induced by the misaligned projection system will exactly undo the distortion. The result is that an arbitrarily mounted projector (in an unknown orientation) still displays a perfectly aligned and rectilinear image.

  • Patent number: 6704447
Abstract: Disclosed is a computer-assisted method for analyzing the surroundings of a display device. At least two different patterns are displayed successively on a display device connected to a computer. A camera is also connected to the computer and is directed towards objects in front of the display device. Each time a pattern is displayed on the display device, at least one image of the surroundings is captured. The captured images are combined to create a difference image. The difference image is analyzed to interpret the objects in the surroundings. For example, calculations may be performed to segment the foreground from the background of the surroundings or to estimate the range (distance) of the objects from the display device. An apparatus for performing this computer-assisted method is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 6618076
Abstract: The present invention enables a user to automatically calibrate a projector-camera system to recover the mapping from a given point in the source (pre-projection) image and its corresponding point in the camera image, and vice versa. One or more calibration patterns are projected onto a flat surface with possibly unknown location and orientation by a projector with possibly unknown location, orientation and focal length. Images of these patterns are captured by a camera mounted at a possibly unknown location, orientation and with possibly unknown focal length. Parameters for mapping between the source image and the camera image are computed. The present invention can become an essential component of a projector-camera system, such as automatic keystone correction and vision-based control of computer systems.
