    Abstract: A memory device includes a group of ferroelectric capacitors with a shared plate that extends through the ferroelectric capacitors, has a greatest width between ferroelectric capacitors, and is coupled to an access transistor. The shared plate may be vertically between ferroelectric layers of the ferroelectric capacitors at the shared plate's greatest width. The memory device may include an integrated circuit die and be coupled to a power supply. Forming a group of ferroelectric capacitors includes forming an opening through an alternating stack of insulators and conductive plates, selectively forming ferroelectric material on the conductive plates rather than the insulators, and forming a shared plate in the opening over the ferroelectric material.

    Abstract: A method for acquiring a 3D image of a sample structure includes acquiring a first raw 2D set of 2D images of a sample structure at a limited number of raw sample planes; calculating a 3D image of the sample structure represented by a 3D volumetric image data set; and extracting a measurement parameter from the 3D volumetric image data set. A further number of interleaving 2D image acquisitions are recorded at a further number of interleaved sample planes which do not coincide with previous acquisition sample planes. The steps “calculating,” “extracting” and “assigning” are repeated for the further interleaving 2D set until convergence or a maximum number of 2D image acquisitions is recorded. A projection system used for such method comprises a projection light source, a rotatable sample structure holder and a spatially resolving detector. Such method can also be used to acquire virtual tomographic images of a sample.

    Abstract: A method to regulate a temperature of a central processing unit is provided herein. The method monitors a temperature of a central processing unit. The method obtains a power state of the central processing unit and a fan speed of a fan associated with the central processing unit. The temperature of the central processing unit is decreased by reducing the power state, in response to a determination that the temperature is at least one of equal to or greater than the predefined temperature threshold; the fan speed is at least one of equal to or greater than a maximum speed threshold; and the power state is greater than a lowest power state threshold.

    Abstract: The present invention provides for installing a processor/converter assembly on a host-system frame of a computer. Clip holes are aligned with slots in a flange of the assembly. The assembly is then mounted on a frame having bolts, so that the bolts extend through the slots and holes. Then the clips are moved relative to the flange and the frame so that the holes are no longer aligned with the slots and bolts and so that the clips are compressed between between bolt shoulders.

    Abstract: An article of commerce includes a disposable cleaning article and a package. The package exhibits soft visual and sound characteristics, which convey a desired quality to be associated with the enclosed cleaning article. The package is formed as a multilayer packaging film including at least a co-extruded vapor barrier film layer and a polymeric film layer having a melting point at least about 20° C. less than the co-extruded film layer laminated to the co-extruded film layer. The polymeric film layer is sealable to form the package so as to enclose the disposable cleaning article, thereby to substantially retain the water content of the disposable cleaning article. The polymeric film layer further exhibits a corrected sound level of less than approximately 50 decibels at readily audible frequencies, such as 3-5 kHz. The reduced sound level may be achieved by providing a film with a high loss tangent. In addition, the multilayer packaging film may have an outer surface with a soft or “matte” appearance.
