Patent number: 12250341Abstract: A system for monitoring phone numbers includes a computing device having at least one processor and memory associated with the processor. A telephone network supports a plurality of telephone numbers. The computing device is configured to obtain data directly from the telephone network. The data indicates call activity involving the phone numbers, respectively, during a time period having a preselected duration. The computing device determines, for each of the phone numbers, whether the data indicates that there were no successfully answered calls placed to the phone number during the time period. For any such phone number, the computing device places a test call to the phone number. In the event that the test call is not successful, the computing device provides an indication of a problem with the phone number.Type: GrantFiled: January 17, 2023Date of Patent: March 11, 2025Assignee: AVOXI, INC.Inventors: Randy Layman, Barbara Dondiego-Stewart, Keith Meyers, Matthew Nichols, Robert Rushton, Zach Pate

Publication number: 20240375617Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for vehicle dimensioning in a car wash are disclosed. A processor receives sensor data pertaining to a vehicle from a sensor and controls the position, orientation, and operational parameters of one or more service devices based on the sensor data. The sensor data includes data which may be used by a processor to determine one or more dimensions, shapes, profiles, and areas to be cleaned or excluded for the vehicle. The processor may further calculate how to operate the service devices such that they interact with dirt or other vehicle contamination while not interacting with undesirable areas of a vehicle such as an open window or sunroof.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 10, 2023Publication date: November 14, 2024Applicant: Quick Quack Car Wash Holdings, LLCInventors: Joseph Matthew Nichols, Christopher Clinton Chappell, McNamara Marlow Pope, III, Rodney Daniel Sparks
