  • Patent number: 12287306
Abstract: A system for determining an ambient concentration of compositions for bathroom cleaning comprises a processor operable to receive a concentration measurement from a sensor over a network within a first period of time. The processor is operable to compare the received concentration measurement to a first threshold and to a second threshold greater than the first threshold. The processor is operable to instruct a memory communicatively coupled to the processor to store an indication that a bathroom was cleaned in response to a determination that the received concentration measurement is greater than the first threshold and less than the second threshold. The processor is operable to send an alert for display on a user device indicating either that the sensor has been tampered or that a spill event has occurred in response to a determination that the received concentration measurement is greater than the second threshold.

  • Patent number: 12258258
Abstract: A system includes a sensor and a computing system. The sensor is coupled to a syrup line of the beverage dispenser and is configured to measure a pressure within the line. The syrup line is coupled at a first end to a syrup bag and at a second end to a pump configured to pump syrup from the syrup bag to an outlet of the beverage dispenser. The pump is operated using pressurized gas and generates a pressure corresponding to the pressure of the gas within the syrup line when both the syrup bag is full and the outlet of the beverage dispenser is closed. The sensor transmits a measured pressure to the computing system. The computing system determines that the measured pressure is less than a threshold pressure. In response, the processor transmits an alert for display on a user device, which identifies the syrup bag for replacement.

  • Publication number: 20250074635
Abstract: An automated programmable processor-controlled system and related methods for packaging an agricultural sample such as soil which may be tested for various chemical properties such as plant available nutrients. The packaging system includes a sample packaging apparatus which allows raw bulk sample material collected in the agricultural field to be expediently and conveniently containerized for processing and analysis. The apparatus may include a die block disposed between bulk material and sample collection chambers. A sample blade mechanism inserts a sample blade array through the bulk material chamber and die block. The sample blades extrude the sample material from the bulk material chamber through die slots in the die block, thereby forming plugs or blanks of the material collected in the sample collection chamber coupled to the sample container. A cleaning blade mechanism inserts a cleaning blade array through the die slots after the extrusion for removing residual soil or debris.

  • Publication number: 20250072309
Abstract: An automated computer-controlled sampling system and related methods for collecting, processing, and analyzing agricultural samples for various chemical properties such as plant available nutrients. The sampling system allows multiple samples to be processed and analyzed for different analytes or chemical properties in a simultaneous concurrent or semi-concurrent manner. Advantageously, the system can process soil samples in the “as collected” condition without drying or grinding. The system generally includes a sample preparation sub-system which receives soil samples collected by a probe collection sub-system and produces a slurry (i.e. mixture of soil, vegetation, and/or manure and water), and a chemical analysis sub-system which processes the prepared slurry samples for quantifying multiple analytes and/or chemical properties of the sample. The sample preparation and chemical analysis sub-systems can be used to analyze soil, vegetation, and/or other samples.

  • Patent number: 12242587
Abstract: An administered authentication system can authenticate an artificial reality device using an authorization record between a user account and an artificial reality device. In some implementations, the authorization record is created in response to activation of a user account-specific key sent to a user-supplied contact, where an artificial reality device identifier was provided with the user-supplied contact. In other implementations, the authorization record is created in response to activation of a user account-specific key provided to the artificial reality device as a code, where activation of the key includes adding an artificial reality device identifier to a key activation message. In yet other implementations, the authorization record is created in response to an application associated with a user account activating an artificial reality device-specific key, with an artificial reality device identifier, that is provided via the artificial reality device.

  • Publication number: 20240422012
Abstract: A medical treatment machine, such as a dialysis machine (e.g., a home dialysis machine, such as a home hemodialysis machine or a home peritoneal dialysis machine) can receive a digital prescription file that defines parameters of a medical treatment to be administered to a patient. The digital prescription file can be prepared and delivered in such a way that the medical treatment machine can confirm that the issuer (e.g., provider) of the digital prescription file is an authorized issuer without having any a priori knowledge of the particular issuer. The digital prescription file can be delivered irrespective of the inherent security (or lack thereof) of the transmission medium in a tamper-evident format using minimal resources necessary to verify the validity of the digital prescription file and its issuer. The digital prescription file may be delivered to the dialysis machine using a network cloud-based connected health system.
