  • Publication number: 20200012991
Abstract: A method for execution by a computing apparatus comprising identifying a job to be assigned to an employee, the job requiring a given job qualification, wherein the given job qualification is associated with at least one requirement for maintaining the job qualification and a time-frame during which the at least one requirement should be satisfied. Completion of the job by an employee at least partially completes the at least one requirement for maintaining the job qualification. The method further comprises assigning the job to a selected employee from a set of employees, wherein each employee in the set of employees has the given job qualification. The selected employee is selected at least in part on a basis of a probability of the selected employee losing the job qualification relative to other employees in the set of employees.

  • Publication number: 20180039067
Abstract: Loupes with magnetically interchangeable telescopes. Each loupe may include an anchor assembly and a telescope assembly. Either assembly may include a magnet. The other assembly may include a magnetic element. The telescope assembly may be releasably adjoined to the anchor assembly by magnetic attraction. The magnetic attraction may include magnetic interaction between the magnet and the magnetic element. Geometrical shape and magnetic properties of each of the magnet and the magnetic element, and placement of each within its assembly, may be set for maintaining releasable adjoinment of the assemblies. The loupe may provide a magnified view of a visual field, such as a clinical setting. The telescope assembly may be interchangeable in the loupe for another telescope assembly. The interchangeable telescope assemblies may provide different magnifications of the field. Loupes may be paired for binocular magnified viewing of the field.
