    Abstract: A system for simultaneously creating severe acoustic, thermal and airflow environmental conditions is described. The system includes a jig for mounting a test article, a jet engine, and a nozzle attached to the jet engine. The nozzle includes an opening for defining a two dimensional exhaust flow from the jet engine to create an acoustical, thermal and airflow environment across the test article. The jig is operable for maintaining a position of the test article with respect to the nozzle.
