  • Publication number: 20200316521
Abstract: A system is disclosed for treating a biologically active surface or material and inerting a protected space. Water is delivered to an anode of an electrochemical cell with the anode and a cathode separated by a proton transfer medium separator. A voltage difference is applied between the anode and the cathode to electrolyze water at the anode to form a mixture of protons and ozone. The protons are transferred across the separator to the cathode, and air is delivered to the cathode where oxygen is reduced to generate oxygen-depleted air, which is directed to the protected space. The ozone is transferred to an ozone storage or distribution system, and ozone is transferred from the ozone storage or distribution system to the biologically active surface or material.

  • Publication number: 20200284534
Abstract: A heat exchanger cleaning arrangement includes a spray tube array configured to be attached to a heat exchanger. The spray tube array includes at least one tube, a plurality of nozzles, and a connector. The plurality of nozzles is configured to port pressurized fluid from the at least one tube toward the heat exchanger. The connector is in operable communication with the spray bar array and is configured such that a pressurized fluid source can be attached to the connector for porting fluid from the pressurized fluid source to the plurality of nozzles.

  • Patent number: 10526971
Abstract: An integrated fuel and environmental control system is provided and includes a first heat exchanger in which fuel and oil thermally communicate and a second heat exchanger disposable in a super-cooled fluid flow. The second heat exchanger is receptive of at least one of the fuel and oil from the first heat exchanger whereby the at least one of the fuel and oil thermally communicate with the super-cooled fluid flow. The second heat exchanger is also receptive of a second fluid whereby the second fluid thermally communicates with the super-cooled fluid flow downstream from the thermal communication of the super-cooled fluid flow with the at least one of the fuel and oil.
