    Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for allowing networks and publishers to manage the rates of their inventory to optimize their yield. The yield is determined based on a set of rates which may be stored in a rate card. The rates may be established based on targeting attributes. A publisher may adjust its rates on the rate card by selecting a particular attribute and/or rate and modifying the rate by an amount or percentage. The publisher may download its rate card and then upload a modified rate card that includes the adjusted rates.

    Abstract: Generally, embodiments of the present invention provides for methods, systems and computer program products for utilizing non-compete advertisement tags in an advertisement serving system. The method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises identifying one or more web pages that contain a first advertisement tag and selecting a given web page from the one or more web pages. A second inactive advertisement tag is then inserted into the web page, which requests an advertisement for the web page that is subsequently ignored. The method further comprises monitoring a number of impressions the web page receives using the second advertisement tag in order to determine a traffic forecast. The method further comprises setting the second advertisement tag to an active status, causing the first advertisement tag from the web page to be removed and an advertisement to be returned in response to the request by the second advertisement tag.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed towards systems and methods for managing advertisement request data. The method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises receiving an advertisement request, determining a request type for a received advertisement request and determining request access rights for a website on the basis of whether the website is activated or deactivated. If the request is a booking request and the request is allowed by the access rights, the method is operative to book an advertisement. If the request is an advertisement request and the request is allowed by the access rights, the method is operative to serve advertisements in response to the request.
