Publication number: 20250133425Abstract: A system receives the log messages including data regarding one or more cell site performance issues of a cell site. Based on the log messages, the system determines whether there is a time-based correlation between a cell site router (CSR) of the cell site experiencing a cold start and the one or more cellular site performance issues. Then, based on the determination whether there is a time-based correlation between the CSR experiencing a cold start and the one or more cell site performance issues, the system electronically generates an action item associated with addressing the one or more cell site performance issues.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 4, 2024Publication date: April 24, 2025Inventors: John Sabando, Calvin Chen, Matthew Porter, Arnold Agcaoili

Publication number: 20240174581Abstract: The present technology is directed to igniter pellets for use with an expendable countermeasure flare assembly with an igniter assembly with a pellet receptacle. An igniter pellet of one or more embodiments has a moisture insensitive first layer formed by a first composition comprising a mixture of a fuel material that includes Boron, an oxidizer material that includes Bismuth Oxide and/or Potassium Perchlorate, and a granular matrix binder holding the fuel material and the oxidizer material together. A second layer is formed by a second composition that has a fuel material that includes Magnesium, an oxidizer that includes Polytetrafluoroethylene, and a binder material that includes a fluoropolymer elastomer. The second layer is contained in the pellet receptacle and covered by the first layer, so that the second layer is isolated and protected from ambient moisture by the moisture insensitive first layer.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 18, 2022Publication date: May 30, 2024Inventors: William H. Patent number: 9926972Abstract: A spheroidal joint for a tuned mass damper system includes a base having a concave seat and a lubricious liner secured thereto. The base defines a first mounting portion under the concave seat and a circumferential rim opposite the first mounting portion. The concave seat tapers radially outward to define a chamfer which terminates at a radially inner edge of the rim. The spheroidal joint includes an inner member that has a convex seat. The inner member has a second mounting portion extending from the convex seat and an indentation circumferentially extending around the inner member between the convex seat and the second mounting portion. The indentation cooperates with the chamfer for misalignment of the inner member relative to the base. The convex seat slidingly engages the lubricious liner.Type: GrantFiled: October 17, 2016Date of Patent: March 27, 2018Assignee: Roller Bearing Company of America, Inc.Inventors: Jarrod McGuire, Matthew Porter

Patent number: 8851755Abstract: A self-aligning track roller bearing includes an inner member having a central axis and a convex surface and an outer member has a concave surface and is angularly displaceable relative to the central axis. A lubricious liner is positioned between the convex surface and the concave surface. The lubricious liner creates a force resisting movement of the inner member relative to the outer member. The bearing includes a snubber engaging an axially facing surface of the outer member and another snubber engaging another axially facing surface of the outer member. Outer rings are coupled to opposing axially facing surfaces of the inner member to retain the snubbers in engagement therewith. One or more of the snubbers are elastically deformable in response to angular displacement of the outer member and have a resilience set to overcome the force and urge the outer member to be concentric with the central axis.Type: GrantFiled: November 20, 2013Date of Patent: October 7, 2014Assignee: Roller Bearing Company of America, Inc.Inventors: Matthew Porter, Robert A. James, Michael S. Gostomski

Publication number: 20070235196Abstract: A progressing cavity pump is located within a well and has a gas separator for separating gas before reaching the pump. The pump has a rotor that is driven by a string of rods extending to the surface. A drive shaft for the gas separator is coupled to the rotor during pumping operation both for axial as well as rotational movement. The rotor assembly, when lowered through the tubing, stabs into engagement with the drive shaft of the gas separator in one version. In another version, the gas separator drive shaft is lowered through the tubing with the rotor and stabs into a hub sleeve in the gas separator.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 29, 2006Publication date: October 11, 2007Inventors: Donn Brown, Brown Wilson, Matthew Porter, Bruce Proctor

Publication number: 20050212322Abstract: A retractable vehicle cover apparatus for covering a vehicle comprises an elongated, hollow housing, and axle disposed therein for rotation about a central axis, and an elongated cover having a proximal end coupled with the axle and also having a distal end. The housing includes wall structure having an elongated aperture defined through the wall structure. The cover is fed through the aperture for selective movement between a retracted position where the cover is wrapped around the axle, and an extended position where a substantial portion of the cover extends from the housing. The cover includes an outer layer of aligned cover strips, a middle, elastic layer and an inner layer of aligned padding strips. The elastic layer biases the cover toward a rest width substantially the same length as the aperture to facilitate extension and retraction of the cover, and permits selective expansion of the cover in order to more fully cover the vehicle.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 26, 2004Publication date: September 29, 2005Inventor: Matthew Porter
