The processor may collect user input data indicative of skills for providing vehicle towing services from users, receive driving behavior data associated with each user, build a model indicative of an expected location of each user based on the user input data and the driving behavior data, receive a request for a vehicle towing service associated with a vehicle from a computing device, identify a user for performing the vehicle towing service based on the driving behavior data, send a notification to an additional computing device to request a confirmation that the user agrees to perform the vehicle towing service, send a location of the vehicle to the additional computing device, and transfer a digital key to the additional computing device to access the vehicle.

    Abstract: Implementations generate personalized property recommendations based on experiential data obtained via artificial reality systems and machine learning predictions that correlate user preferences to these properties. A user can be one or more persons interested in purchasing a property, such as a new home. A property buying workflow often includes defining a set of preferences for a desired property and comparing properties for sale with these defined preferences. However, in a conventional buying workflow, defining preferences and doing the comparison is left up to the user and/or the user's real estate agent. Users can often feel overwhelmed by the information, in particular users that do not have previous buying experience. Implementations can integrate machine learning and artificial reality systems into the property buying experience to mitigate the information overload problem and provide meaningful recommendations to the user, such as a ranking of properties that comply with user's preferences.

    Abstract: A system for neutralizing embers is disclosed. The system includes a laser turret with a sensor array and a laser emitter configured to dispense laser energy. The laser turret can also include a control system configured to move the laser emitter. The laser control system can receive information from the sensor array and sending signals to the control system to move the laser emitter. Using these features, the laser control system can select an incoming ember based on a thermal signature associated with the incoming ember, and the laser control system can issue commands to the control system to direct the laser emitter towards the incoming ember, and the laser emitter can direct laser energy at the incoming ember. The system can also include provisions to track an ember and determine if an ember has been depleted of fuel.
