  • Patent number: 12282267
Abstract: An imaging device has a developer roll to provide toner to a photoconductive drum to develop a latent image on the drum for direct transfer to media or an intermediate transfer member. A power supply in communication with a controller sets relative voltages on the developer roll and drum. During transfer of the toner, the imaging device determines a current between the developer roll and drum. In turn, the controller determines a charge and mass of the toner for setting with the power supply an operating voltage on the drum or developer roll. Preventing and reporting toners with insufficient charge are other embodiments.

  • Patent number: 12251013
Abstract: A mounting assembly can comprise a channel member defining a channel and comprising a first side wall, a bottom wall a second sidewall opposite the first wall, an aperture between upper ends of the first and second sidewalls, and a ridge positioned on the bottom wall and extending along a longitudinal axis of the channel member. A first anchor member can comprise a first top wall, a first connector portion, and a first anchor leg extending downwardly from the top wall at a first anchor leg angle. A second anchor member can comprise a second top wall, a second connector portion configured to connect with the first connector portion, and a second anchor leg extending downwardly from the top wall at a second anchor leg angle. The first and second anchor members can be configured to be captured within the channel member when the first connector portion is connected to the second connector portion and the first anchor leg and the second anchor leg are positioned within the channel.

  • Publication number: 20250049625
Abstract: Sensory substitution devices are provided. A first such device comprises (i) a spatial sensor configured to provide spatial sensor data indicative of a spatial representation of an environment in which the device is located; and (ii) a shape-change mechanism operable to cause the device to change shape, based on the spatial sensor data, to provide kinaesthetic output to a user of the device, wherein the kinaesthetic output is indicative of a target position in the environment. A second such device comprises (i) a sensor operable, in use, to output sensor data representative of an environment in which the device is being used by a user of the device; and (ii) a mechanism operable to cause the device to change shape, based on the output data, with motion that is not plane-constrained, whereby to provide proprioceptive output to the user. Other such example devices are provided.

  • Patent number: 12212290
Abstract: A device includes an amplifier having an input terminal and an output terminal. The input terminal is configured to receive a radio frequency (RF) input signal. The device includes an output network coupled to the output terminal of the power amplifier and a first passively tunable integrated circuit (PTIC) coupled to the output network. The first PTIC includes a direct-current (DC) bias voltage input terminal configured to receive a fixed bias voltage, a control signal input terminal configured to receive a time-varying control signal, wherein the fixed bias voltage in combination with the time-varying control signal sets an operating reference point of the first PTIC, and an input terminal electrically connected to the output terminal of the amplifier, wherein a change in an output voltage signal generated by the power amplifier causes the first PTIC to modify a first effective impedance of a load presented to the power amplifier via the output network.

  • Publication number: 20240419162
Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods for machine condition monitoring from unlabeled sensing data. The methods include providing a plurality of sensors including at least one acceleration sensor. The plurality of sensors are adapted for obtaining a plurality of high-frequency time series inputs from an operating rotating machine or machine component. The plurality of high-frequency time series inputs received from the plurality of sensors are subjected to one or more augmentation transformations that diversify the plurality of high-frequency time series inputs without impacting condition information. This provides a plurality of augmented inputs which, by the one or more augmentation transformations, are selected to randomize input amplitude and phase.

  • Patent number: 11791852
Abstract: Embodiments of a circuit, system, and method are disclosed. A beam switch to a beam with a beam configuration from another beam with another beam configuration is detected. In response to the detected beam switch: a tuner setting is determined for an antenna tuner of an antenna element in an antenna array which transmits the first beam with the first beam configuration based on the first beam configuration, the tuner setting associated with the first beam configuration; and an indication of the tuner setting is provided to an impedance matching system of the antenna tuner to compensate for a mismatch between an impedance of the antenna element and impedance of one or more other radio frequency (RF) components of an RF front-end having the antenna element and antenna tuner.
