Patent number: 12236512Abstract: The disclosed system establishes, by a first augmented reality (AR) device, a voice communication session between a plurality of users. The system displays, by the first AR device of a first user of the plurality of users, an avatar representing a second user of the plurality of users. The system receives, by the first AR device of a first user of the plurality of users, input from the first user that selects a display position for the avatar representing the second user within a real-world environment of the first user. The system animates the avatar representing the second user based on movement information received from a second AR device of the second user.Type: GrantFiled: August 23, 2022Date of Patent: February 25, 2025Assignee: Snap Inc.Inventors: Lien Le Hong Tran, Matthew Saunders, Daria Skrypnyk, Ilteris Kaan Canberk

Publication number: 20250060862Abstract: Systems and methods herein describe generating a shared list of media elements. The system detects a selection of an application icon within a chat interface and generates an application interface. The application interface comprises a media library. The system initiates a first user time limit and detects a selection of a media element from the media library. The system adds the media element to a shared list of media elements. Upon expiration of the first user time limit, the system initiates a second user time limit and detects a selection of a second media element from the media library. Patent number: 11706234Abstract: Techniques for user behavior anomaly detection. At least one low-variance characteristic is compared to an expected result for the corresponding low-variance characteristics to determine if the low-variance characteristic(s) is/are within a pre-selected range of the expected results. A security response action is taken in response to the low-variance characteristic not being within the first pre-selected range of the expected results. At least one high-variance characteristic is compared to an expected result for the corresponding high-variance characteristics to determine if the high-variance characteristic(s) is/are within a pre-selected range of the expected results. A security response action is taken in response to the high-variance characteristic not being within the first pre-selected range of the expected results. Access is provided if the low-variance and the high-variance characteristics are within the respective expected ranges.Type: GrantFiled: May 10, 2021Date of Patent: July 18, 2023Assignee: Salesforce, Inc.Inventors: Matthew Saunders, Ping Yan, John Slater, Wei Deng

Publication number: 20220411766Abstract: Described herein are prenyltransferases including non-natural variants thereof having at least one amino acid substitution as compared to its corresponding natural or unmodified prenyltransferases and that are capable of at least two-fold greater rate of formation of cannabinoids such as cannabigerolic acid, cannabigerovarinic acid, cannabigerorcinic acid, and cannabigerol, as compared to a wild type control. Prenyltransferase variants also accept different hydrophobic substrates (e.g., “donor” molecules), compared to wild type controls, to create different minor and novel cannabinoids. Prenyltransferase variants also demonstrated regioselectivity to desired cannabinoid isomers such as CBGA (3-GOLA), 3-GDVA, 3-GOSA, and CBG (2-GOL). The prenyltransferase variants can be used to form prenylated aromatic compounds, and can be expressed in an engineered microbe having a pathway to such compounds, which include 3-GOLA, 3-GDVA, 3-GOSA, and CBG.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 2, 2020Publication date: December 29, 2022Inventors: Michael J.
