    Abstract: An electro-hydraulic linear lead screw actuator preferably includes an electric motor device, a hydraulic tube, an actuator lead screw, an actuator screw nut, an actuator rod and at least one external hydraulic flow passage. The actuator lead screw is rotated by the electric motor device. The actuator screw nut preferably includes a piston portion, a first screw nut portion and a second screw nut portion. A lead screw thread is formed through the first and second screw nut portions to threadably receive the actuator lead screw. The actuator rod is retained on the piston portion. Rotation of the electric motor device causes the actuator rod to extend or retract. A first hydraulic chamber is located behind the piston portion and a second hydraulic chamber is located in front of the piston portion. At least one external hydraulic flow passage transfers hydraulic fluid between the first and second chambers.

The ball nut base includes a plurality of ball bearings, which engage ball threads on the actuator ball screw. The actuator rod is retained on the piston portion. Rotation of the electric motor causes the actuator rod to extend or retract. A first hydraulic chamber is located behind the piston portion and a second hydraulic chamber is located in front of the piston portion. The at least one external hydraulic flow passage transfers hydraulic fluid between the first and second chambers.

The left axle device preferably includes a base tube, a steering knuckle, a drive motor and a steering cylinder. The steering knuckle is pivotally engaged with an end of the base tube. The drive motor is retained on the steering knuckle. The steering cylinder pivots the steering knuckle. The right axle device is the left axle device rotated 180 degrees. The left extension cylinder extends the left axle device. The right extension cylinder extends the right axle device. The left drive motor and the right drive motor are on the same centerline.

    Abstract: A telescoping jib with an extended envelope preferably includes a telescopic boom, a telescopic jib boom and an electronic control module. A bottom of the telescopic boom is pivotally engaged with a base movable member. A top of the telescopic boom is pivotally engaged with a bottom of the telescopic jib boom. The telescopic jib boom includes a jib rotator assembly, a jib telescoping member, a basket rotator assembly and a user basket. The jib rotator assembly and a jib hydraulic cylinder are used to change an angle of the telescopic jib member. The basket rotator assembly is secured to a top end of the telescopic jib member. The user basket is retained by basket rotator assembly. A software program in the electronic control module is modified such that, a bottom of the jib rotatory assembly is tilted counter clockwise by about 10 degrees to create an extended envelope.
