  • Patent number: 11927951
Abstract: A remote wireless hydraulic cab preferably includes a cab member, a hydraulic sensor block, an electrical bulkhead, a cab bridge controller and a cab transceiver. The cab member preferably includes a cab enclosure, two hydraulic joysticks, two hydraulic treadles and electrical equipment. The hydraulic sensor block includes a sensor block and a plurality of hydraulic pressure sensors. Hydraulic lines from the joysticks and treadles are connected to the sensor block. Pressure measurements from the joysticks and treadles are sent from the plurality of hydraulic pressure sensors to the cab bridge controller. The cab bridge controller sends signals for wireless transmission through a cab wireless transceiver to a frame transceiver. The electrical equipment is supplied with electrical power and transmits signals through the electrical bulkhead. Electrical power to the cab enclosure is supplied through an electrical generator and hydraulic fluid to the joysticks and treadles are supplied through a hydraulic pump.

  • Publication number: 20230279880
Abstract: A remote-control device preferably includes two joysticks, two sliders/thumbwheels, a plurality of three-position toggle switches, a plurality of two-position switches, a plurality of push buttons, an electrical stop button and a rotary knob. The two joysticks are used to control motions of a tool. The two sliders/thumbwheels control two tracks that are used to move and steer the wireless frame. One of the plurality of three-position toggle switches are used to initiate wireless communication with a frame transceiver of the wireless frame. A wireless frame preferably includes a frame member, a frame transceiver, a frame bridge controller and an electro-hydraulic conversion valve. The frame bridge controller receives signals from the remote-control device through the frame transceiver. The frame member preferably includes a frame support, an engine, a hydraulic pump, at least one electrical component and a plurality of hydraulically operated components.

  • Publication number: 20230257962
Abstract: A remote wireless electric frame preferably includes a frame member, a frame transceiver and a frame bridge controller. The frame bridge controller receives signals from a cab bridge controller through a cab transceiver and the frame transceiver. The frame member preferably includes a frame support, an engine, a hydraulic pump, at least one electrical component, a plurality of hydraulicly operated components and at least one tool. Electrical control signals originate from electric joysticks, electric treadles, a button panel and a display touch screen in the electric cab. The electric control signals are sent to the cab bridge controller and transmitted through the cab transceiver to the frame transceiver. The frame bridge controller receives the electrical control signals from the frame transceiver. The electrical control signals are sent from the frame bridge controller to a hydraulic controller, an engine controller and the at least one electrical component.

  • Publication number: 20230250613
Abstract: A remote wireless electric cab preferably includes a cab member, an electrical bulkhead, a cab bridge controller and a cab transceiver. The cab member preferably includes a cab enclosure, at least one of electric joystick, at least one electric treadle, a button panel and an operator display. The electrical bulkhead preferably includes a signal socket and a power socket. A vehicle controller is preferably used to receive electrical signals from the button panel and the operator display. The vehicle controller is also connected to the cab bridge controller. Electrical control signals originate from the electric joysticks, the electric treadles, the button panel and a display touch screen in the electric cab. The electric control signals are sent to the cab bridge controller and transmitted through the cab transceiver and the frame transceiver to the frame bridge controller. The electrical control signals are sent to a hydraulic controller.

The frame member preferably includes a frame support, an engine, a hydraulic pump, at least one electrical component and a plurality of hydraulicly operated components. The electro-hydraulic conversion valve preferably includes a valve block and a plurality of proportioning valves. The plurality of proportioning valves receive a hydraulic electrical signal from a hydraulic control device located in a remote wireless hydraulic cab through the cab bridge controller. Hydraulic fluid is sent from the valve block to a plurality of hydraulic operated components on the frame support. Control electrical signals are also received from the cab bridge controller to operate at least one electrical component on the frame support.
