Abstract: Various embodiments enable generation of a document specifically customized to electronic commerce based messaging communications. The document is provided by a transaction documentation system which receives a communication stream comprising a plurality of messages shared via a marketplace platform. The system then analyzes the plurality of messages of the communication stream to identify data elements corresponding to one or more fillable fields of the document. The one or more fillable fields of the document is populated with data elements identified within the one or more messages of the communication stream.

Abstract: A method for facilitating equipment transactions through an equipment online marketplace platform is disclosed. The method may include: hosting the platform through a network such that users can access the platform through the network; verifying identities of new users of the platform to generate verified users; enabling verified users to create listings for equipment on the platform; when a verified user creates a listing, determining whether the verified user has access to the equipment in the listing by requiring the user to upload one or more images or documents of the equipment through the platform; generating the verified user's listing on the platform when the verified user is determined to have access to the equipment; and displaying the generated listing on the platform such that other verified users can view the posted listing and conduct electronic transactions involving the equipment in the listing through the platform.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for creating an immutable record of part dismantlement transactions and generating electronic listings of harvested parts. For example, a method may receiving images of a first part of equipment, wherein the first part has been disassembled from the equipment; generating a first removal document, the first removal document comprising data indicative of a disassembly of the first part from the equipment; collecting one or more data attributes associated with the first part; storing the images of the first part, the first removal document, and the one or more data attributes associated with the first part, in a shared database; and generating one or more electronic listings for electronically transacting the first part, based on the stored images of the first part, the first removal document, and the one or more data attributes associated with the first part.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for electronically listing parts at an online platform using electronic data files and processing conditional transaction requests. For example, a method may include receiving, from a first user device of an owner of the equipment, a request to list the equipment on the online platform prior to dismantling the equipment; in response to the request to list the equipment, receiving one or more manifest data files associated with parts of the equipment; generating one or more listings at the online platform based on the received one or more manifest data files; receiving a conditional transaction request associated with the one or more listings from a second user device in communication with the online platform, to generate a conditional transaction; and determining a transaction status of the conditional transaction after the equipment has been dismantled.
