  • Publication number: 20240123098
Abstract: Provided herein are radiopharmaceutical compositions and uses thereof. The radiopharmaceutical compositions can comprise one or more stabilizing agents, an aqueous vehicle, and a conjugate that comprises a targeting ligand and a radionuclide bound to a metal chelator. The targeting ligand can be a small molecule compound or a peptide such as a monocyclic peptide. The targeting ligand can be configured to bind with a tumor target. The stabilizing agent can comprise a radiolysis stabilizer, a free metal chelator, and/or a pH stabilizer. Further provided herein are methods of preparing the radiopharmaceutical compositions and methods of treating cancer by administering the described radiopharmaceutical compositions.

  • Patent number: 11959945
Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of an open-loop test system for testing vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs). A high-speed pulse generator may be used to produce nanoseconds pulses provided to the VCSEL device. A high-speed oscilloscope may be used to measure the resultant nanoseconds pulses across the VCSEL device. The VCSEL device voltage and VCSEL device current may be obtained from the measured nanosecond pulses according to compensation data derived from the system. A pre-test compensation procedure may be used to obtain the compensation data, which may include representative characteristics of each system component.

  • Publication number: 20240099883
Abstract: According to certain general aspects, the present embodiments relate generally to a device that mobilizes the lens material inside the capsular bag. Mobilized lens material is easier to visualize than lens material lingering at the lens equator of the eye, or other areas in the capsular bag that are difficult to visualize, making the mobilized lens material easier to retrieve from the capsular bag. Mobilizing the lens material reduces the possibility that the person receiving the cataract surgery will develop secondary cataracts or infections due to lens material left inside the capsular bag.

  • Publication number: 20140309475
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for disposing wastes comprising the steps of conducting a hydrothermal decomposition reaction of the wastes, separating the products into a solid fuel and waste water, combusting the solid fuel, scrubbing the combustion gas, generating steam using the heat generated by the combustion, and purifying the waste water, exhibit a high energy-efficiency, while exhibiting a high removal rate of the pollutants generated during the combustion.

  • Patent number: 7409660
Abstract: A method of avoiding substrate noise in an integrated circuit includes steps of receiving as input an integrated circuit design that includes at least a portion of a block for placement and routing on a substrate and an outer boundary of the block. An end cell is selected from a set of end cells for terminating the block in an outer area that extends from the outer boundary to an end cell boundary outside the block. The selected end cell is placed in the outer area to isolate the block electrically from the substrate.
