Abstract: A bottle, jar, decanter, vial, or other vessel with a dispenser apparatus integrated into a lid or cap designed and operative to engage an open top of the bottle is disclosed. The dispenser may be integrated with a structure of the cap, and may be configured and operative selectively to draw liquid from the reservoir and selectively to dispense liquid when the dispenser is disengaged from the open top of the reservoir.
