  • Patent number: 11285022
Abstract: A spinal implant template includes a shaft extending along an axis between a proximal end and a distal end. An engagement portion is configured for insertion between vertebrae of a patient. The engagement portion includes a rod extending from the distal end at an acute angle relative to the longitudinal axis to facilitate ease of entry around a spinal cord of the patient. Systems, surgical instruments, spinal implants and methods are disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11116583
Abstract: An image guide includes a member having a first surface and a second surface. The member defines a plane. The member is oriented relative to a sensor to communicate a signal representative of a position of a surgical instrument. At least one marker is connectable with the member and extends relative to the plane from the first surface and the second surface for detectable alignment with the sensor. In some embodiments, surgical systems, surgical instruments, implants and methods are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20210100624
Abstract: A surgical instrument comprises a tubular member including a tissue engaging element. A shaft is disposable with and movable relative to the tubular member. The shaft includes a tissue gathering element. An image guide is connected with the tubular member and oriented relative to a sensor for registration of anatomical image data and positional tracking of the anatomy during the procedure. In some embodiments, systems, spinal constructs, implants and methods are disclosed.
