  • Publication number: 20240335732
Abstract: The present invention is a Pai Gow Poker variant game (may also be referred to as “Extreme Pai Gow Poker”) preferably played with one standard fifty-three card deck, which preferably includes one joker that acts as a “bug”. The present invention is also a method of administering or playing the Pai Gow Poker variant game. The present invention is similar to the basic or traditional Pai Gow Poker game, in that preferably seven cards are dealt to each of the players for the player to form or create two separate card groups of five cards and two cards. As a non-limiting example, the high hand (five-card hand) must be higher than the low hand (two-card hand). At least one bonus betting wager or no bonus betting wager may be included. Another bonus, King High bonus, betting wager may further be included.

  • Publication number: 20200061448
Abstract: Methods of administering wagering games may involve accepting a wager from a player. Seven cards may be dealt to the player and a dealer. The player's card arrangement into a four-card high hand, a two-card medium hand, and a one-card low hand may be accepted. The dealer cards may be arranged into a four-card high hand, a two-card medium hand, and a one-card low hand. The wager may be resolved by comparing each player hand to each corresponding dealer hand. A payout on the wager may be paid to the player when at least two of the player hands outrank a corresponding number of the dealer hands. The wager may be collected when at least two of the player hands are outranked by a corresponding number of the dealer hands.

  • Publication number: 20150137451
Abstract: The standard game of Asia Poker may be modified by dividing the seven cards dealt to each participant into three groups or hands rather than two, with the three groups containing four cards, two cards or one card, respectively. To win, a participant must win on at least two of three hand comparisons, and because there are three hands rather than two, the number of tied wagers or “pushes” may be greatly reduced. In some embodiments, hand comparisons where the hands are of equal rank may qualify as wins for the game administrator, which may further reduce the occurrence of tied wagers or “pushes.

  • Patent number: 8488845
Abstract: Method for editing a vector set associated with an extracted linear feature in a remotely sensed image, the vector set defining a path and being tied to a geographical location. The method includes displaying the path in a graphical display. Once the user activates a smart editing tool, the user establishes a region of influence centered around a cursor. The region of influence is configured to respond to cursor movements. The user specifies a point near the path and moves the cursor to it, bringing the region of influence along. Any error in the vector set of the path is automatically corrected in real time using image-based logic. The user then previews the correction on the graphical display and implements it, updating the path. The updated path is displayed in real time in the graphical display.

Abstract: The standard game of Asia Poker is modified by dividing the seven cards dealt to each participant into three groups or hands rather than two, with the three groups containing four cards, two cards or one card, respectively. To win, a player must win on at least two of three hands, and because there are three hands rather than two, the number of tied hands or “pushes” is greatly reduced. Each player is also allowed to place a separate bonus wager that the cards of the hand of the player will match one hand of a posted table of payout hands. In addition, each player is also allowed to place a separate “win all three” wager that all three hands of the player will be of higher rank than the three hands of the dealer.

Abstract: Methods of playing card games similar to Blackjack and Baccarat are described. The methods include dealing initial hands of two cards. The hands must draw a third card if the first two cards have a value of 16 or less, and must stand if the first two cards have a value of 17 or more. Copy hands are a tie. Players are allowed to place bonus bets on the hands, such as three of a kind in the same suit, three of a kind, three low cards, three card straight, and first two cards are a pair.

To win, a player must win on at least two of three hands, and because there are three hands rather than two, the number of tied hands or “pushes” is greatly reduced. Further, by providing that the dealer (whether the house(casino) or a customer acting as the banker) wins all ties or “copy hands,” such “pushes” can be completely eliminated.
