Abstract: A network based and automated engineering manufacturing analysis system as described herein is configured to manage producibility characteristics of a project or program throughout the lifecycle of the project or program. The system utilizes a collaborative data relationship and management tool that maintains metadata to create relationships between different information types for the project or program. The system relies upon real-time collaborative status updates that identify whether participants (e.g., vendors, designers, suppliers, and manufacturers) are satisfying requirements related to producibility characteristics. One example system designates a set of specified requirements for each project milestone level, and expects participants to provide electronic files, documents, or artifacts that evidence satisfaction of such requirements.
