  • Publication number: 20240145054
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cloud-based integrated charting system that utilizes a universal mapping service across services and clients to provide insights for the provider into customizations made by clients. Additionally, the system provides content building tools that enable clients to customize content to update models provided by the provider. A mapping service maps model codes corresponding to model concepts to a plurality of standard based concept codes corresponding to client domain specific customized concepts for an ontology of the one or more ontologies. A workflow recommendation is provided that enables a user to chart data and includes the model concepts comprising charting elements. Accordingly, the data is stored in a client database in accordance with the client domain specific customized concepts. Since the model concepts are mapped to the client domain specific customized concepts, the workflow recommendation can be prepopulated with data from the client database.

  • Publication number: 20230218896
Abstract: A method of applying electrode elements configured in an array of elements to an individual's skin, the electrode elements being part of an apparatus for delivering a plurality of electromagnetic fields to the body of the individual, the method comprising the steps of: positioning, applying, holding and bowing. The positioning step includes the positioning of each of the electrode elements of the array of elements into corresponding cavities in at least one holding rack. The applying step includes the applying of a medical adhesive to a surface of the plurality of electrode elements. The holding step includes the holding of the holding rack against the skin at a selected location. The bowing step includes the bowing of a portion of the holding rack causing one of the electrode elements to pop out of the holding rack, with the electrode element adhering to the skin by way of the medical adhesive.

  • Publication number: 20220001172
Abstract: A method of using an electrode array to deliver tumor treating electric fields to a patient including the steps of: placing a plurality of electrode elements in optimized locations on the patient, each of the electrode elements being independently programmable, the optimized locations are optimized relative to a target area wherein at least one tumor is located; programming a control device with a frequency range, a firing configuration and a firing sequence for the plurality of electrode elements; and generating electrical signals in the frequency range, the electrical signals being directed to at least two of the plurality of electrode elements in a sequence determined by the firing sequence.

  • Publication number: 20190117963
Abstract: An electronic device for delivering a plurality of tumor treating electromagnetic fields to a patient including a plurality of electrode elements each being independently programmable, a control device and a field generator. The control device is configured to dynamically program a frequency range, a firing configuration and a firing sequence for the plurality of electrode elements. The field generator generates electrical signals in the frequency range, the electrical signals being directed to at least two of the plurality of electrode elements. The plurality of electrode elements including both master and slave electrode elements.

  • Patent number: 8066461
Abstract: A screw-type fastener includes an internal cinching mechanism that physically locks exposed threads of a screw outside a housing after a certain number of turns. The fastener may for example, be affixed to a faceplate of a printed circuit board. The exposed threads may then be rotated to threadably engage corresponding threads of a sub-rack or other enclosure in a manner that prevents movement of the faceplate relative to the enclosure as the screw engages the enclosure. When the internal cinching mechanism is locked, the physical relationship (e.g., distance) between the faceplate and the sub-rack is retained until the fastener is unscrewed.

  • Publication number: 20080298028
Abstract: A faceplate for AMC carriers is fabricated from extruded aluminum using a combination of extruded cross-sectional features and machined features to achieve the structural and functional characteristics of an AdvancedTCA faceplate. The extruded aluminum faceplate significantly improves on sheet-metal alternatives while substantially conforming to the AdvancedTCA specification.

  • Publication number: 20060265284
Abstract: In a customer reward scheme, a user who purchases a product or service is provided with a token code. The user enters a token code in a mobile terminal, which transmits the token code to a server. The server causes a value associated with the token code to be added to the user's account. The user receives a message indicating the total value accumulated in the user's account. If the accumulated value in the user's account exceeds a predetermined threshold, the user receives a message containing a question. The user enters an answer to the question into the terminal. If the answer is correct, a bonus value is added to the customer account. The terminal automatically transmits a prestored terminal or user identity code. This identity code is used as an identifier to create and update the user's account. Messages may be addressed to the user by means of the identity code.
