  • Patent number: 11853980
Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is directed to financial transaction ecosystems. A transaction processing ecosystem comprises: a plurality of data sources; a capture interface; and a financial transaction processing system comprising a message bus and a plurality of processors interfacing with the message bus and configured to perform: receiving, via the capture interface, raw data for a payment transaction, wherein the raw data comprises client instructions; normalizing, via the capture interface, the raw data into a normalized transaction format based on a standard data model; publishing, via the capture interface, the normalized transaction format to a message bus; processing, via a first processor of the plurality of processors, the normalized transaction format; and completing the transaction.

  • Publication number: 20230316325
Abstract: According to examples, a system for using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques to generate and implement a configurable measurement platform is described. The system may include a processor and a memory storing instructions. The processor, when executing the instructions, may cause the system to access information associated with one or more events occurring on a platform with event activity, log and analyze the one or more events to generate measurement data associated with the event activity, and generate a metric associated with the measurement data. The processor, when executing the instructions, may then generate a computed metric value associated with the metric utilizing the measurement data, implement a platform computation utilizing the computed metric value, and facilitate a decision associated with the platform based on the platform computation.

  • Publication number: 20210081896
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining ownership and assigning coverage for exceptions are disclosed. In one embodiment, in an information processing apparatus comprising at least one computer processor, a method for determining ownership and assigning coverage for exceptions may include: (1) receiving input data from an input platform; (2) identifying an exception from the input data; (3) enriching the exception with at least one of additional transaction details, market references, and normalized status/exception types; (4) automatically identifying a team to route the enriched exception based on a routing rule; (5) routing the exception to the identified team; (6) receiving acceptance or rejection of the exception from the identified team; and (7) updating the routing rule based on the acceptance or rejection.
