    Abstract: A method for producing a protective glove comprises preheating a dipping mold and fitting a knitted glove onto the dipping mold. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is immersed in a saline solution. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is then removed from the saline solution and dried. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is then immersed into a foamed latex compound with carbon fibers having a diameter between 2 ?m to 25 ?m. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is then removed from the latex compound and dried. The dipping mold with the knitted glove is then immersed in a water bath and then dried at a temperature between 100° C. to 130° C. before removing the finished glove from the dipping mold.
