  • Publication number: 20250196214
Abstract: A method for producing a component made of an aluminum sheet with a thickness from 0.05 to less than 0.08 mm and with a region which is curved and which is made of a pot-shaped blank. The method has at least the following steps: a drawing process in steps and a conical drawing process, wherein prior to the drawing process, a stamped piece is stamped from the flat sheet metal, and is shaped into the pot-shaped blank, the free circumferential edge being expanded in a conically curved manner; a circumferential radial flange and an axial cylindrical edge region are formed during the conical drawing process; and this is followed by a drawing process in which the expanded conical section is folded to a folded expanded section for a form-fitting connection, and the edge region and the expanded section are rolled in order to form a rolled edge.

  • Patent number: 11833569
Abstract: An apparatus (1) for the clocked longitudinal transport of workpieces (11) between processing stations in a transfer press. The apparatus has, at least on one side, a first (2) and a second (3) longitudinally movable control element as a control group (2, 3), wherein two control elements (2, 3) are mounted to be movable relative to each other solely in the longitudinal direction, and the control elements (2, 3) are driven via a common shaft (58). The first control element is a gripper rod (2) for the longitudinal transport of workpieces (11) between the processing stations, and gripper elements (4), offset in the longitudinal direction by the distance between the processing stations, are mounted in the gripper rod (2) and can be moved solely in the transversal direction. The second control element is a thrust rod (3) which forcibly controls the transversal movement of the at least two gripper elements (4).

  • Publication number: 20220395887
Abstract: Method for producing an aerosol dome having a dome region with an upwardly adjoining rolled rim arranged at an upper passage opening and with a downwardly adjoining flange region with an everted portion. An intermediate stage is prepared in one or more stages from a lacquer-coated blank (R), the intermediate stage having the upper passage opening, followed downwardly by a neck portion, then followed by the dome region, which is followed by an encircling straight flange. The intermediate stage is processed in a processing stage (S9) in which only the everted portion is formed.
