Publication number: 20240118718Abstract: A pressure-reducing valve including a valve support with at least one through-flow channel, and a pot-shaped valve body which is displaceably guided against a restoring force from an open position into a closed position at a guide journal which protrudes into the pot-shaped interior of the valve body. In the closed position, the valve body rests via a peripheral edge of its pot shape against a valve seat provided on the valve support, so that the valve body closes at least one channel opening of the at least one through-flow channel. At least one wiper lip protrudes at the inner circumference of the pot of the valve body and/or at the outer circumference of the guide journal, and the wiper lip moves close to or rests against the outer circumference of the journal or the inner circumference of the pot of the adjacent component.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 21, 2022Publication date: April 11, 2024Applicant: Neoperl GmbHInventors: Martin FANGMEIER, Matthias HAUTH, Burkhard MEYER

Patent number: 11761187Abstract: A WC cistern (1) with a wall (2) which forms a substantially cuboidal water tank (3). An intake (5) with which the water tank (3) can be filled is guided through the wall (2). A shutoff valve (7) is arranged in the intake (5), the shutoff valve interacting with a switch-off device (8) which triggers the shutoff valve (7) when a switch-off level (14) in the water tank (3) is reached. An injector (15) is arranged in the water tank (3) in a construction space (13) above the switch-off level (14). The outflow-side outlet (16) of the injector (15) is led out of the water tank (3).Type: GrantFiled: February 15, 2018Date of Patent: September 19, 2023Assignee: NEOPERL GMBHInventor: Matthias Hauth

Patent number: 10060108Abstract: An insert part is provided having a water-channeling cartridge housing which is insertable into a housing holder in a water line. The water-channeling cartridge housing includes at least one encircling annular groove on an outer circumference thereof, and a sealing ring is arranged in this groove. The sealing ring has a ring cross section with a sub-region that projects radially outward beyond the annular groove. At least one component is assigned to the insert part and has an end side that is directed toward the insert part. The end side includes at least one retaining protrusion by which the component, in a latched position on the outer circumference of the cartridge housing, is latched to the cartridge housing to form a unit. Here, the at least one retaining protrusion is latched in the at least one annular groove that receives the sealing ring.Type: GrantFiled: September 25, 2017Date of Patent: August 28, 2018Assignee: Neoperl GmbHInventor: Matthias Hauth

Publication number: 20030192868Abstract: A method is for determining the accuracy of processing machines, in which the provision of test marks on a test object and the recording of the spatial position of the test marks are carried out at the same point in relation to the processing machine. Each test mark is provided as close as possible to a predetermined position, known as the relative setpoint position, the spatial position of which in relation to a reference mark is exactly known. The accuracy verification takes place by the relative position of the test mark provided in relation to a corresponding reference mark being recorded and consequently the relative actual position of the test mark being determined. The deviation between the relative setpoint position and the relative actual position is a measure of the accuracy of the processing machine. The measuring between the setpoint position and the actual position preferably takes place by an image acquisition device, which has a camera arranged on the processing machine.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 14, 2003Publication date: October 16, 2003Inventors: Stefan Dietrich, Matthias Hauth, Juergen Pflaum
