    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a shoe fastening system. The shoe fastening system includes a shoe part, a rail, and an insertable intermediate adapter for compensating a distance between the rail and the shoe part. The shoe part can have a flat underside. The rail can have a surface in the heel area which is raised relative to a ball area. The shoe part can have at least one displaceable mounting plate for screwing in a fastening screw for the intermediate adapter. The intermediate adapter has three through-openings for inserting a fastening screw. The first through-opening is arranged in the center of the intermediate adapter, the second through-opening is arranged on one side of the intermediate adapter and the third through-opening is arranged on the other side of the intermediate adapter.

The adjustment device achieves the technical advantage that different cuffs can be used at different attachment positions in connection with the foot shell. In addition, the attachment position of the cuff can be adjusted to the needs of a user.
