Abstract: An improved monitoring of a measurement chain with a sensor is achieved by using a broadband test signal. Thereby, the entire frequency range of a sensor can be covered with one test signal. There is no need to switch between different test signals and the available time for a diagnostic run can be used optimally. The broadband test signal allows better separation of the test signal and the useful signal. The integrity of an AC current measurement is increased by this approach. This can simplify the monitoring of a DC current sensor or even eliminate the need for an additional DC current sensor. In both cases, cost savings can be achieved.

In the method a search query is received and a partial quantity having terms similar to or identical to the search term is derived from a reference quantity. A similarity measure to the search term and the probability of the occurrence of the term is then determined for each term. Furthermore, a weighted distribution depending on the term is applied to the terms, and a modified probability is determined for the term. The data sets are further evaluated with respect to the relevance thereof to the search query, and at least one partial data set quantity is output as a function of the relevance value thereof. The invention further relates to a search engine for performing said method.

Abstract: This invention is directed to an oral modified release formulation of the phytoestrogen 8-Prenylnaringenin in combination with a progestin, preferably with Drospirenone, and several uses thereof. In another aspect of the invention an oral modified formulation of 8-Prenylnaringenin with an immediately releasing progestin, like Drospirenone, is provided as well as several uses thereof.
