  • Patent number: 11890771
Abstract: A blade removal device removes a blade of a slicer. The removal device has: a base positioned with a contact side on one side of the blade; fasteners supported in the base, rotatable from an attachment position for attaching the blade removal device to the blade into a holding position for holding the blade; and a rotary handle supported on the base and rotatable relative to the base from a closed position into an open position to release an interlock between the blade and the drive. The interlock opens when the rotary handle is in the open position and is closed when the rotary handle is in the closed position. The fasteners in the attachment position engage in cutouts of the rotary handle in the closed position. The cutouts and the fasteners are out of engagement when the rotary handle is in the open position.

  • Patent number: 11738477
Abstract: A whetting device for a slicer has a whetstone for sharpening a circular blade of the slicer; a hone for deburring the blade; a handle for moving the whetstone or hone toward the blade; a mount fastenable to a stop plate of the slicer, having an insertion apparatus for form-fittingly insertion into the stop plate, a U-shaped plate receptacle which has a gap for introducing the stop plate into the gap when the whetting device is pushed onto the stop plate; a receptacle for engaging around an end of the blade guard ring when the stop plate is a predetermined distance from the circular in the direction of rotation of the blade, and not to engage when shorter than that distance between; and a frame covering a cutting edge of the circular blade and for pivoting the whetting device into a working position.

  • Patent number: 5117786
Abstract: A chain tensioner for an internal-combustion engine comprises a hydraulic piston which is longitudinally guided in a housing bore and on which a tensioning shoe is placed on one side and which, from the direction of the other side, is pressed against the chain by a coil spring. For the damping of chain thrashing, the hydraulic piston is acted upon by hydraulic pressure in the tensioning direction as well as in the opposite direction.
