    Abstract: An apparatus for controlling a device for air conditioning a vehicle seat includes at least one heating device for heating the vehicle seat and at least one ventilating device for ventilating the vehicle seat, as well as a device for operating the same. In order to adapt the air conditioning of the vehicle seat to the individual, subjective needs of the person using it, it is provided that, in response to a manually switched on ventilating device, the heating device is automatically regulated, at least as a function of a seat surface temperature.
