  • Patent number: 9661775
Abstract: A wiring device for wiring an electronic apparatus including an interface, a conductor track and a component fitting island that is connected to the interface via the conductor track that is set up to carry an electronic component and to make electrical contact with the interface via the electrical conductor track, wherein the component fitting island is free of a web element that is set up to hold the component fitting island on a support element during a housing process housing the component fitting island.

  • Patent number: 9649796
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a sensor. In the method, a sensor element having an IC is pre-overmolded to produce a preform, wherein the preform is designed in such a way that the preform can accommodate electrical contacts for the sensor having various dimensions and/or in various positions by press fitting. The electrical contacts are pressed into holes/recesses of the preform, the connections of the IC of the sensor are connected to the electrical contacts, and the preform is inserted into an injecting mold and is overmolded to produce the finished sensor. In this way, sensors for different applications can be produced in a substantially standardized manner. The invention further relates to a sensor.

  • Publication number: 20080017174
Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic control unit (14) connected to a hydraulic unit (13), such as in a motor vehicle, by way of a magnetic plug. The electronic control unit includes a zone formed of housing walls (14?) for accommodating several valve coils (12) arranged in the zone. Also included are a housing cover (8, 35) and at least one printed circuit board (31, 5) that accommodates electric and/or electronic components. Also included are an electrical contact and a heat-conducting plate (9, 32) for dissipating heat from the electronic components. The heat-conducting plate is connected to the printed circuit board. At least one thermal connecting element (4, 15) is provided, which constitutes a thermal bridge between the printed circuit board(s) and the heat-conducting plate(s).

  • Patent number: 6866489
Abstract: The present invention related to a piston pump, in particular for controllable brake systems such as ABS or ESP, wherein a working chamber of the pump in front of a piston is delimited by a pressure valve, and a resetting spring with its one end is supported on a valve seat carrier of the pressure valve and with its other end resets said piston into its bottom dead center position. An object is to render the assembly of the mass-produced pumps as inexpensive and simple as possible. To achieve this object, the present invention discloses that the resetting spring be adapted to be attached directly or indirectly to the valve seat carrier in addition.

  • Publication number: 20030053920
Abstract: The present invention relates to a piston pump, in particular for controllable brake systems such as ABS or ESP, wherein a working chamber (40) of the pump in front of a piston (3, 52) is delimited by a pressure valve, and a resetting spring (4, 51) with its one end is supported on a valve seat carrier (9, 54) of the pressure valve and with its other end resets said piston (3, 52) into its bottom dead center position. An object is to render the assembly of the mass-produced pumps as inexpensive and simple as possible. To achieve this object, the present invention discloses that the resetting spring (4, 51) be adapted to be attached directly or indirectly to the valve seat carrier (9, 54) in addition.
