  • Publication number: 20180200542
Abstract: A device has a ceiling unit provided with a cap which when moving to an open position, lowers a guide under the influence of the force of gravity to an obliquely downwardly directed position. In this position, under the influence of the force of gravity or by means of a gas spring, an arm 15 slides along the guide and via a window to the outside. On the end of the arm there is a cable guide 19 over which a descending cable 21 is turned. Descending units 27 are present on the descending cable. Each descending unit has a cable wheel 37 around which the descending cable is turned. The cable wheel is connected to the housing of the descending unit via a centrifugal brake. This centrifugal brake ensures that the speed of rotation of the cable wheel and therefore the descent speed is not too high. Furthermore, the descending unit has a further centrifugal brake which ensures additional braking in case the descent speed exceeds a certain limit.

  • Patent number: 9821177
Abstract: A runner 7 has a housing 21 with two runner wheels 23 attached to the housing. The housing includes a sleeve 25 that can freely turn around the longitudinal axis 27 in a channel 29 present in the housing. The sleeve constitutes an elongated guide opening by which the runner can be moved over the guide cable. Longitudinal slots extending in axial direction are present in the walls 21A, 25A of the channel 29 and of the sleeve 25. Each slot has a middle section 31A, 33A. The width 34 of the middle section 33A of the longitudinal slot in the sleeve is smaller than the width 32 of the middle section 31A of the longitudinal slot in the housing, and, furthermore, the width 34 of the middle section 33A of the slot 33 in the sleeve is smaller than the diameter of the guide cable 3 the runner 7 is suitable for.

  • Patent number: 9431809
Abstract: An anchoring device for fastening guide wires on a roof has a base. The base has a mounting surface, a support, and carriers to which the wire guides are attached. The carriers are rotatably connected to the support and can be fixed in any desired relative position to the support, so that the anchoring device has many possibilities for holding the guide wires. The support has a number of parts which are present between the carriers, whereby between two adjacent parts of one or more carriers can be clamped. The wire guides are at different distances d1 and d2 from the central axis of the support and are at distances D1, D2 and D3 from each other.
