A grip is coupled to the band and the grip is unrestrained when the band and strap are worn around the boxing glove. Thus, a trainee can manipulate the grip when the trainee is wearing boxing gloves. A flexible weight is positioned within the band for increasing a weight of the boxing glove thereby enhancing strength training and endurance training when the boxing glove is worn.
