    Abstract: Endoscopic surgery targeted at the sinuses and nasal turbinates assists in managing the symptoms of chronic rhinosinusitis and other conditions. With contemporary techniques, post-operative hemorrhage, synechiae formation and poor wound healing are amongst the most common complications. The present disclosure provides the use of self-assembling peptide matrix, PuraSinus, and significantly reduces the incidence of these post-operative complications, including prevention of synechiae formation and aiding hemostasis.
